Welcome, I am Diana Craddock, Artist and Holistic Yoga Life Coach .
I trained at the Yandara Yoga Institute Baja Mexico YT200, registered with Yoga Alliance,I practice and coach Pranayama, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, and Gentle Flow Yoga, and Mindful Meditation. International Alliance of Holistic Therapists Silver Member (Dip Energy Anatomy), Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Life Coach, Certified Reiki Master.
I was born in the mid 1950's. Throughout the years, I have developed an intuitive understanding of how we become hindered in our personal development and growth. With constantly demanding pressures of running a business, career, every day life, family duties, chasing round juggling between the children, studies, work, business and so on, we lose touch with our inner needs. Who we really are.
During a lifetime of experiences, artistic and personal growth, I have developed empathy, compassion and understanding for my fellow mankind. I've witnessed and held space for people in their grieving. People who have lost children and adult children to cancer, suicide. To a father whose 21 year old athlete son suddenly collapsed on the track and lost his life to a massive coronary seizure.
I've learned the true value in Holding Space, being there, being present for the person you are with. To walk alongside another person in whatever journey they’re on without judging them or making them feel inadequate. To open my heart, offer unconditional support, without prejudice, judgment or control.
As an attentive listener I will intuitively program Your time with me whether it be an Art Break, Coaching session, Yoga, Mindful Meditation or a Reiki Session. You will feel empowered to see Your way from where You are now, you will feel confident to break free of constraints which may be choking Your potential, creativity and progress, be it in Your artistic, private life, personal affairs or business life You will feel strong and confident to move forward and attain your goals.
I am looking forward to meeting and helping You on Your own journey. It's going to be fun!
From 1992 until 2003 I studied and trained in Fine Arts at Hastings College of Art and Technology, University of Brighton and University of East London. I love exploring the uncanny in architecture. This is strongly depicted in my black and white photographs.
I have a fascination with the De La Warr Pavillion, Bexhill, to which you can see constant references in my paintings. I can find a lifetime's work in that one place, a subject I'm drawn back to again and again, probably until the day I die.
I have a tempestuous love affair with paint! I love oils, although through the years, I've worked in mixed mediums, which include sculpture, photography, video and installation.
